श्रीमान महोदय जी

मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूं करती हूं कि मुझे जो कार्य दिया जाएगा, मैं वह कार्य पूरी निष्ठा लगन एवं ईमानदारी से करूंगा। करूंगी और अगर मैं भविष्य में कोई गलती या गलत कार्य करती हूं तो इसके जिम्मेदार सिर्फ मैं एवं मेरा पूरा परिवार होगा। मैं भारत सरकार के कानून प्रशासन से निवेदन करता करती हूं। इसमें नारायण होम फैसिलिटी सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। अगर मैं नारायण होम फैसिलिटी सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी की ठेकेदारी बेस पर कार्य करती हूं और इस बीच में इस कंपनी की ठेकेदारी बेस छोड़कर अगर डायरेक्ट कार्य करने लगता लगती हूं तो इस बीच उस महीने की मजदूरी काट ली जाएगी साथ ही नारायण होम फैसिलिटी सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी खत्म हो जाएगी और कंपनी के द्वारा जो सुविधा प्रदान की गई है, वह भी रोक/समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।

*नौकरी की बुकिंग राशि मात्र ₹101/-*

*₹101/-* की राशि जो आप अग्रिम भुगतान कर रहे हैं, वह आपके job's/नौकरी, ऑर्डर बुक करने के लिए निश्चित राशि है। *यह राशि वापसी योग्य नहीं है।*

*1. मैं जब भी कार्य नौकरी नहीं करना चाहता/चाहती तो कम से कम 20 दिन पहले बताना या नोटिस देना अनिवार्य है। अगर मैं ऐसा नहीं करता करती तो उस महीने का वेतन सैलरी रोक दिया जाएगा।*

2.मुझे कभी भी आपातकालीन परिस्थिति में घर या किसी अन्य जगह जाना हो और छुट्टी चाहिए तो सबसे पहले मैं कंपनी को सूचित करूंगी/करना अनिवार्य है अथवा उस परिस्थिति में मेरा हिसाब क्लियर/संपूर्ण नहीं होगा। *मुझे कुछ पैसे प्रदान किए जाएंगे जिससे मेरा आना जाना हो सके।*

3.मैं इस कंपनी में कार्य नौकरी पर लग रहा रही हूं और मुझे बिना किसी फीस बिना राशि के नौकरी कार्य कर रही हूं तो *मुझे कंपनी के साथ कम से कम 6 महीने तक कार्य नौकरी करना अनिवार्य है* अथवा अधिक कार्य नौकरी करना अपनी इच्छा अनुसार होगा।

*4.अगर मैं किसी कारण 6 महीने से पहले नौकरी छोड़कर जाता/जाती हूं तो मुझे कंपनी कार्य नौकरी लगाते समय जो सुविधा प्रदान करती है जैसे रहना खाना, मेडिकल फैसिलिटी , पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन आने जाने का किराया इन इत्यादि सुविधाओं के लिए ₹4,750/-रुपए/राशि की कटौती की जाएगी। अगर कोविड-19 करोना टेस्ट करआते हैं तो उसका खर्चा अलग होगा।*

5.मुझे जहां भी कार्य पर लगाया जाएगा/जाएगी उस जगह मेरे किसी भी रिश्तेदार को बिना कंपनी के इजाजत के आना अनिवार्य नहीं होगा। अन्यथा ऐसी शिकायत होने पर मुझ पर उचित कार्यवाही की जा सकती है और नौकरी/कार्य से निकाला भी जा सकता/सकती है। साथ ही सैलरी वेतन भी जब्त कर लिया जाएगा।

6.मुझे जिस भी जगह कार्य नौकरी दिया जाता जाती है *उस कार्य नौकरी पर किसी प्रकार की दुविधा जैसे :- खान पान रहन, सहन, बात व्यवहार या काम के प्रति इत्यादि समस्या होने पर पहले कंपनी को सूचित करूंगी/करूंगा।*

7.मुझे जहां भी कार्य नौकरी पर लगाया जाएगा उस जगह में अपने मोबाइल फोन को अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से इस्तेमाल करूंगा करूंगी। अन्यथा ऐसी शिकायत होने पर मुझे *अपना मोबाइल फोन अपने मालिक के पास जमा कराना होगा और मुझे केवल रेस्ट-टाइम पर ही अपना मोबाइल फोन दिया जाएगा। मैं इस नियम से सहमत हूं।*

8. मुझे अपनी यूनिफॉर्म, बाल, सेविंग आईडी कार्ड, जूते इत्यादि इन वस्तुओं की साफ-सफाई व देखभाल ड्यूटी टाइम से पहले करनी होगी।

9.मैं जब भी कार्य नौकरी छोड़ना चाहूंगा/चाहूंगी तो उस महीने की सैलरी वेतन का भुगतान कंपनी के द्वारा किया जाएगा और मैं जब भी नौकरी कार्य पर जाती हूं। *उस समय मुझे अपने सामान की तलाशी स्वयं से करानी होगी।*

10.मैं कंपनी नौकरी ज्वाइन करते समय जो भी अपने दस्तावेज कंपनी को प्रदान करुंगी या करती हूं वह वेरिफिकेशन में किसी कारणवश गलत पाया जाता जाती है तो कंपनी कानून द्वारा मुझ पर उचित कार्रवाई कर सकती है।

11.मुझे जिस भी घर, गेस्ट, हाउस, कंपनी, पीजी, फैक्ट्री, या किसी भी अन्य विभाग में कार्य करूंगी/करूंगा। उनके सभी नियम व कायदे कानून का पालन करूंगा/करूंगी अथवा उल्लंघन करने पर स्वयं निजी तौर पर जिम्मेदार रहूंगी/रहूंगा।

12. मैं इस कंपनी को छोड़ने के समय कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए सभी दस्तावेज सामान या अन्य वस्तु कंपनी से संबंधित सामान कंपनी को वापस करके एन ओ सी *(NOC)* लेकर जाऊंगा/जाऊंगी अथवा ऐसा नहीं करने पर सजा या दंडित का जिम्मेदार रहूंगा/रहूंगी। *साथ ही कंपनी द्वारा जीवन बीमा, नॉमिनी, फैसिलिटी, रिटायरमेंट पॉलिसी अथवा अन्य रिफरेंस इनकम सारी बंद कर दिया जाएगा।*

administration of the Government of India. Narayan Home Facility Service Private Limited Company will not have any responsibility in this. If I work on contract basis for Narayan home Facility Service Private Limited Company and in the meantime if leaving the contractual base of this company I start working directly So meanwhile that month's wages will be deducted also Narayan Home Facility Service Pvt. Ltd. Company's responsibility will end and the facility provided by the company will also be stopped/terminated.

*Job's Booking Amount just ₹101/-*

The amount of *₹101/-* that you are paying in advance is just the confirmed amount to job's book your order. *This amount is not refundable.*

1. Whenever I do not want to do a job, it is mandatory to inform or give notice at least 20 days in advance. If I do not do this, my salary for that month will be stopped.

2. If I ever have to go home or any other place due to emergency and need leave, it is mandatory for me to inform the company first or in that case my accounts will not be clear/complete. I will be provided some money so that I can travel.

3. I am applying for a job in this company and I am working without any fees or money, so it is mandatory for me to work with the company for at least 6 months or doing more work will be as per my wish.

4. If for any reason I leave the job before 6 months, then I will be charged ₹ 4,750/- for the facilities provided by the company at the time of employment like accommodation, food, medical facility, police verification, to and fro fare etc. The amount will be deducted. If Covid-19 corona test is done, then its cost will be different.

5. Wherever I am deployed, it will not be mandatory for any of my relatives to come without the permission of the company. Otherwise, in case of such a complaint, appropriate action can be taken against me and I can also be fired from the job. Besides, the salary will also be confiscated.

6. Wherever I am given a job, if I face any kind of problem on that job like: food, lifestyle, tolerance, talking behavior or work etc., I will first inform the company.

7. Wherever I am assigned to work, I will use my mobile phone as per my need. Otherwise, in case of such complaint, I will have to surrender my mobile phone to my employer and I will be given my mobile phone only during rest-time. I agree with this rule.

8. I have to clean and take care of my uniform, hair, savings ID card, shoes etc. before duty time.

9. Whenever I want to leave the job, that month's salary will be paid by the company whenever I go to work. At that time, I will have to get my luggage searched myself.

10. If whatever documents I provide to the company while joining the job are found to be wrong for any reason during verification, then the company can take appropriate action against me as per law.

11. I will work in any home, guest house, company, PG, factory, or any other department. I will follow all their rules and regulations or I will be personally responsible if they are violated.

12. At the time of leaving this company, I will return all the documents, goods or other items related to the company given by the company and take NOC with me or if I do not do so, I will be liable for punishment. Also, all life insurance, nominee, facility, retirement policy or other reference income will be stopped by the company.
